Order Processing Time

We strive to process all orders within 1–3 business days of placement.
Orders placed after 12 PM (Eastern Time) or over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

Because we partner with multiple U.S. suppliers, processing times may vary slightly depending on the item’s availability and fulfillment location.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

We work with reputable carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
The carrier is selected automatically based on destination, size, and weight of the package.
All shipments are insured at their invoiced value, and high-value items may require a signature upon delivery.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–12 business days

• Standard Shipping (Canada): 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on supplier location, carrier performance, holidays, or weather conditions.

International Shipping

At this time, we ship primarily to customers in the United States and Canada.
If you are located outside these regions and wish to place an order, please contact us at info@homango.com for assistance.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking updates to appear.

Duties and Taxes

Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout for U.S. and Canadian orders.
For Canadian customers, duties or customs fees (if any) are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping to Remote Locations

Deliveries to rural or remote areas may take longer and may incur additional shipping fees.
